Practice test with the real USCIS stop rule
At your naturalization interview, the officer does not always ask every question. The test ends the moment the outcome is decided. On the 2025 test, the officer asks up to 20 questions from the 128-question bank and stops at 12 correct (you pass) or 9 incorrect (you fail) — so a strong session is over after just 12 questions. On the 2008 test, it is up to 10 questions from the 100-question bank, stopping at 6 correct or 5 wrong.
This practice test applies that stop rule exactly, so a session here feels like the real thing — including the relief of hearing “that's enough” early.
