A study resource built from official USCIS civics questions and answers, which are US Government works in the public domain, plus original guidance about the naturalization process. See the about page and editorial policy for who runs it and how content is sourced and checked.

What this site is not

• Not legal advice. Nothing here should be relied on as advice about your individual immigration case. For that, consult a licensed immigration attorney or a DOJ-accredited representative.
• Not an application service. This site does not file forms on your behalf, does not communicate with USCIS for you, and has no relationship with your case.
• Not affiliated with USCIS, DHS, or any government agency.

No accounts, no warranty

There are no user accounts and nothing to sign up for — see the privacy page for exactly what is and isn't collected. The site is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. While content is checked against official sources on a regular schedule (see the editorial policy and the dated corrections log), immigration law and USCIS procedure can change, and this site cannot guarantee that every page reflects the most current rule at the exact moment you read it.

Using the content

The underlying USCIS civics questions and answers are public-domain US Government works (17 U.S.C. § 105) and may be used freely. Original guidance, explanations, and translations written for this site are offered for personal study use; if you'd like to republish or reuse them elsewhere, get in touch first.
